Susan MacNicol, founder of Strategic & Creative Marketing, has 18 years of experience spanning several industries and including all aspects of marketing. Prior to her marketing consulting work during the past four years, MacNicol held sales and marketing management positions at many national and international corporations. Projects have included: product development, national and local sales, marketing and advertising campaigns, call center training and incentive programs, promotions, events and sponsorships—both domestically and internationally. MacNicol has a BA in Communications from Columbia College Chicago and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
